Lexis Hibiscus 2 Breaks Ground in Port Dickson

KL Metro Group has officially commenced the construction of Lexis Hibiscus 2, a landmark project set to elevate Malaysia's luxury hospitality sector. Building on the success of the iconic Lexis Hibiscus, this new development is situated next to its predecessor in Port Dickson, spanning an impressive 80 acres. With a Gross Development Value of RM1.6 billion, Lexis Hibiscus 2 will feature 1,710 units, including 910 water homes and 800 sky pool suites, once again designed to form the shape of Malaysia’s national flower just as its predecessor.

Scheduled for completion by mid-2029, the project is a collaboration between KL Metro Group, Menteri Besar Incorporated, and Lexis Hotel Group. It promises to set a new benchmark in luxury, offering larger units with private pools and two separate bedrooms for enhanced privacy and comfort. This ambitious venture is expected to create 5,000 jobs and attract up to 1.1 million tourists annually, significantly boosting the local economy.
