Taking a step ahead in this challenging time to safeguard the health and safety of its guests and members of staff, Lexis Suites Penang is now certified as a tourism establishment that meets and adheres to strict hygiene and safety standards set by the local authorities, including the State Health Department, Penang Island and Seberang Prai City Councils, Penang State Exco Office for Tourism, Arts Culture and Heritage (PETACH) and the Penang Global Tourism (PGT).

The COVID-19 Safety Accreditation programme has awarded Lexis Suites Penang the official certification mark and logo to be proudly displayed within the hotel vicinity as a reassurance to all guests. This official certification is only awarded upon conducting a thorough audit at the premise, ensuring that all standards are effectively fulfilled. Continuous checks will also be carried out regularly to ensure that all accredited establishments will maintain and improve their health and safety standards at all times.
