Tourism Malaysia Captivates at Taipei Tourism Expo

Tourism Malaysia is ramping up its promotional activities in Taiwan, showcasing the country as a premier leisure destination at the Taipei Tourism Expo (TTE) from May 31 to June 4, 2024, at the Taipei World Trade Centre. The aim of this four-day expo was to captivate Taiwanese travellers with Malaysia's unique offerings, presenting it as an idyllic escape. 

During the expo, Malaysia introduced new special interest packages tailored to appeal to Taiwanese tourists, aiming to boost demand and establish Malaysia as a top tourism choice. Following the expo, Tourism Malaysia will engage with local universities to promote cultural exchange and experiential learning, targeting Taiwanese students with a wealth of Malaysian cultural experiences. To top it all off, a Malaysia Truly Asia Travel Carnival was held at Songshan Cultural and Creative Park from June 7 to 9, 2024. This event offered visitors a taste of Malaysia through its cuisine, cultural events, and exclusive tourism package discounts.
